Classrooms for H3ABionet workshops 

·         In 2018, we were successful in hosting a classroom of the Pan African Bioinformatics Network for H3Africa (H3ABioNet).

·         Up to now, we are hosting a classroom for four courses.

  1. Introduction to Bioinformatics  (2/5 to 2/8, 2020)

  2. Introduction to Bioinformatics (11/9 to 11/12, 2019)

  3. African Genomic Medicine Training for Nurses Initiative (AGMT) (13/3 to 4/7, 2019)

  4.  Principal investigator in workshop of 16S rRNA Intermediate Bioinformatics Training (Int_BT) (9/8 to 10/10, 2019)

  5. Introduction to Bioinformatics (11/9 to 27/12/2018)

All of these courses were free-of-charge and last for three months that have enabled participants from country’s universities and major research institutions to increase access to African expertise bioinformatics trainers via video conferencing and “question and discussion” forums
